What Rallyquill stores

Your account, creator profile, inquiries, decisions, drafts, reminders, outcomes, and conversations are stored in the site’s database and belong to your account. The site owner manages the hosting and database.

Gmail is optional and read only

You connect through Google. The permission allows reading Gmail messages; Rallyquill uses a sponsorship search when you ask, returning up to eight recent inbox matches from the last 90 days. It stores the latest email previews, connection tokens, and temporary coach evidence containing email with encryption on the server. Attachments are not downloaded. It does not send, delete, or mark emails as read.

When you enable Gmail in the coach, bounded matching previews are shared with Groq to answer your question. Imported inquiries can also be sent to Groq when you request extraction or guidance. Gmail data is used for your requested creator assistance, not advertising, resale, or general model training. Outcomes linked to a Gmail import are excluded from shared outcome statistics.

Rallyquill’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Public social content and research

Connected handles import public profile text, follower counts, and recent captions or titles. Instagram and TikTok use ScrapeCreators; YouTube uses Google’s YouTube API; Bluesky uses its public API. This does not verify ownership, provide private audience analytics, or watch videos. When you choose Learn latest video, its public link is sent to ScrapeCreators to retrieve an available spoken transcript. Up to 4,000 characters are saved with the source. No visual analysis is performed. Saved public text and transcripts may be shared with Groq for coaching.

Web research uses Brave Search. By default, public factual questions, current trends, company research and sponsor discovery can trigger one automatic search when you send a message. Its query uses public topics from your question, your profile niche, or the immediately previous public search. A query preview appears before sending when research is enabled, and the actual query appears with the reply. Questions containing detected private details or lengthy pasted text skip automatic search. Saved inquiries, Gmail previews and private profile fields are never used to build queries. You can enter a separate public query, choose a date window, use manual search only, or turn search off. Search excerpts include links and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

AI coaching

The coach can read relevant saved inquiries from your account, including bounded original message excerpts, checked facts, and saved decisions. You can choose one inquiry or turn saved inquiry access off in the coach. Included inquiry links and coverage notices appear on replies. This access is read only and stays within your account.

Groq processes the context provided for a requested answer. Replies and source links can remain in saved conversations. Provider processing is subject to its policy and the site owner’s account settings.

Retention and your controls

Email previews stay until replaced by a new successful scan, disconnected, or your account is deleted. Source caches expire from active use after one day and are cleaned on the next source request. Saved inquiries and conversations remain until you delete them. Disconnecting Gmail removes tokens, pending connections, and previews; inquiries and chats you already saved remain. Google revocation is attempted when you disconnect; you can also revoke access in Google.

Use Settings to export your data or delete your account. Exports never include access tokens or API keys. Anonymous usage totals remain to protect the shared allowances. Account deletion removes local connection credentials; you can also revoke the Google grant through your Google account.
